These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of atlastaxexpert.com (the "Site"), operated by ATLASTAX LLC, doing business as Atlas Tax Group ("Atlas", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we serve

Our services are offered to individuals and businesses in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old to request a consultation or engage our services.

2. Website information is not professional advice

Content on the Site is general information only. It is not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice and should not be relied on as such. Tax rules change often, and the right treatment depends on your specific facts. You should get advice tailored to your circumstances before acting.

3. No client relationship until engagement

Submitting a form, sending an email or text, calling us or attending a free consultation does not create a client or other professional relationship. A professional relationship begins only when you and Atlas both sign a written engagement letter. That letter, not these Terms, sets out the scope, fees and terms of any services we provide.

4. Free consultation and free review

Our free consultation and free crypto tax review are introductory conversations to understand your situation and, where appropriate, provide a fixed-fee quote. They are free of charge and carry no obligation on either side. They do not include preparing or filing any return or report. We may decline any engagement at our discretion, for example where a conflict of interest exists or the work is outside our services.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee any particular tax result, refund, reduction in tax owed, or outcome of any IRS or state tax authority review, notice or audit. Results depend on your records, your circumstances and decisions made by tax authorities.

6. Independence and scope

Atlas is a private firm. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Internal Revenue Service or any other government agency. We do not provide investment advice, recommend buying or selling any digital asset, or hold or transfer digital assets for clients.

7. Phone calls and text messages

By entering your contact details in our consultation form and clicking “Continue”, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone call, text message and email at the details you provided, which may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You confirm that the phone number you provide is yours or that you are authorized to use it. 8. Information you provide

You agree that information you submit through the Site is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Details you type into our consultation form may be saved as you type, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send Social Security numbers, full tax returns or other highly sensitive documents through the Site's contact form. If you engage us, we will give you a secure way to share documents.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false, spam or malicious content, or using automated tools to scrape it.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by or licensed to ATLASTAX LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

11. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATLASTAX LLC and its members, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ATLASTAX LLC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ATLASTAX LLC is organized and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, unless applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
